Library Club

To help share our love of reading with our children and their families, we are running a weekly library club. Each week will have a different theme and will consist of storytelling, games and crafts. The children will also have the opportunity to change their library books. See the poster for further information.

Please note there is no need to sign up for library club, simply drop in and join in the fun!

Teddy Bear Teddy Bear 10.03.2020

This week, our theme was 'Teddy Bear Teddy Bear' and we enjoyed lots of bear themed stories! Please see below some of the chosen stories, along with a printable teddy bear bookmark to make at home!

What do we enjoy about library club?

At library club, we love to act out stories through role play. Some of our favourites include 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt!' by Michael Rosen. We love to share stories with our families and we enjoy listening to stories on the computers.

Library Club - Tuesday 5th November

This week in library club Mrs Gray read us 'Owl babies' and we thought about the different feelings the owls experienced throughout the story. We then had the chance to make bookmarks, change our library book and play phonic games on the computers. It was lovely to see so many families enjoying the library together.

Together, we grow our love for learning.
