Roald Dahl Day 2020

On Friday 11th September, the children enjoyed taking part in Roald Dahl Day as a whole school. We used this opportunity to immerse the children in Roald Dahl texts, including starting off with a whole school assembly to launch Roald Dahl Day.

Within class, the children took part in exticing learning activities linked to a focus Roald Dahl story. Year R made super BFG ears, Year 1 had fun making and measuring crocodiles to link to their 'Amazing Animals' learning enquiry, whilst Year 2 made their own marvellous medicine, just like George!
